📌 Ratio: 1g tea / 40ml water
📌 Temperature: 95-100°C
📌 Incubation time: 18 minutes
📌 Filtering the grounds & heat treatment: Filtering the grounds and letting them cool naturally helps the tea essence become thicker and stronger
🔸Break milk tea base:
📌 Ratio: 1g tea / 25ml water
📌 Temperature: 95-100°C
📌 Incubation time: 22 minutes
📌 Filter the grounds & keep warm: Keep the tea hot to mix with the milk powder
🥤 Suggestions for making standard bubble tea:
- Strong tea, light milk, light fat: 10g tea + 220ml tea base + 17g milk powder (Bodua, Frima) + 15ml condensed milk, stir and refrigerate for 4 hours
- Strong tea, fragrant tea, low fat: 10g tea + 220ml tea base + 30g milk powder (Thai B-one,…) + 15ml condensed milk, stir until dissolved and refrigerate for 4 hours
