Tri Viet’s Kim Quan Am Oolong is made from Kim Tuyen 27 variety – a famous Oolong tea variety from Taiwan, grown on Bao Loc plateau (Lam Dong) at an altitude of 800-1,000m. The cool climate all year round, mild sunny days, cold nights, mineral-rich red basalt soil and early morning fog have created plump tea buds, thick leaves, rich aroma and flavor, worthy of a premium tea region.
The standard buds of 1 bud and 3-4 leaves are hand-picked in the early morning mist and processed according to the traditional Oolong process: Harvesting → Withering → Roasting → Stir-frying to kill yeast → Shaping → Drying → Refining , preserving all natural essence.
When brewed, the tea blooms evenly, the water is a bright golden yellow. The aroma exudes the rich, fatty aroma of young rice, mixed with the characteristic fresh, fatty aroma of Oolong. The tea has a full, sweet, smooth taste that covers the entire mouth, leaving a gentle aftertaste like the taste of early morning sunlight lingering on young leaves.

🌱 How to brew : 8–10g tea/150ml water, about 95℃, rinse for 5 seconds, steep for 40–50 seconds, gradually increase the time for the following times.
