Oolong Kim Tuyen – a famous Oolong tea variety from Taiwan, when taking root on the Bao Loc plateau (Lam Dong) at an altitude of 800-1,000m, has grown strongly, retaining its pure aroma and gentle sweet aftertaste. The mild climate, fog every morning, cold nights and mineral-rich basalt soil help the tea buds to be plump, the leaves thick, accumulate nutrients, creating the standard tea quality of the Vietnamese tea plateau.
The standard buds of 1 bud and 3-4 leaves are hand-picked in dry weather and processed according to the traditional Oolong process: Harvesting → Withering → Roasting → Stir-frying to kill yeast → Shaping → Drying → Refining , preserving the original pure, sweet, and deep aftertaste of Kim Tuyen.
When brewed, the tea blooms evenly, honey yellow with green hues, the fragrance is like the early spring breeze passing through a field of wildflowers. The taste is sweet, smooth, the aftertaste is long, leaving a feeling of purity and nostalgia – easy to drink, suitable for many tea tastes.
