📌 INSTRUCTIONS FOR BREWING TEA 📌

🔸 Brewing fruit tea:

📌 Ratio: 1g tea / 40ml water

📌 Temperature: 95-100°C

📌 Incubation time: 20 minutes

📌 Filtering the grounds & heat treatment: Filtering the grounds and letting them cool naturally helps the tea essence become thicker and stronger

🔸 Brewing milk tea base:

📌 Ratio: 1g tea / 25ml water

📌 Temperature: 95-100°C

📌 Incubation time: 25 minutes

📌 Filter the grounds & keep warm: Keep the tea hot to mix with the milk powder

🥤 Suggestions for making standard bubble tea:

• Strong tea, light milk, light fat: 10g tea + 220ml tea base + 17g milk powder (Bodua, Frima) + 15ml condensed milk, stir and refrigerate for 4 hours
• Strong tea, fragrant tea, low fat: 10g tea + 220ml tea base + 35g milk powder (Thai B-one,…) + 15ml condensed milk, stir until dissolved and refrigerate for 4 hours
