📌 INSTRUCTIONS FOR BREWING TEA BASE FOR BREWING 📌
🔸Brew fruit tea base:
📌 Ratio: 1g tea / 40ml water
📌 Temperature: 95°C
📌 Brewing time: 20 minutes
📌 Filtering grounds & heat treatment: Filtering grounds, letting it cool naturally helps the tea base to be thicker and stronger
🔸Brew milk tea base:
📌 Ratio: 1g tea / 25ml water
📌 Temperature: 95-100°C
📌 Brewing time: 25 minutes
📌 Filtering residue & keeping heat: Keep the tea base hot to mix with the milk powder
🥤 Suggestions for making standard milk tea:
• Strong tea, light milk, light fat: 10g tea + 220ml tea base + 17g milk powder (Bodua, Frima) + 15ml condensed milk, stir well and refrigerate for 4 hours
• Strong tea, fragrant tea, low fat: 10g tea + 220ml tea base + 35g milk powder (Thai B-one, …) + 15ml condensed milk, stir well and refrigerate for 4 hours
