4. Exchange and return policy

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Trí Việt Tea is committed to delivering quality products and the best experience. To protect your rights, Trí Việt applies the following exchange and return policy:

Conditions for exchange or return

Customers may exchange or return a product in these cases:

• The product is damaged, moldy, infested, or has a technical defect from the manufacturer.
• The product is of the wrong type, specification or quantity compared with the order/invoice.
• The packaging is torn or damaged, or was opened before delivery (due to Trí Việt or the carrier).

No exchange or return in these cases:

• The product has been opened, partly used, or shows signs of customer handling.
• The product is damaged because it was stored against the instructions.
• The customer changed their mind or does not like the product (unless otherwise agreed at purchase).

Exchange and return period

• Requests are accepted within 03 days of the date the customer receives the goods.
• After this period, Trí Việt declines to help unless the fault is shown to come from the manufacturer.

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURN PROCESS

Step 1 – Notify us of the request

 Attach: the order number and photos/videos of the faulty product.

Step 2 – Confirmation

Trí Việt checks the information and replies within 24–48 hours.

Step 3 – Send the product back

The customer sends the product back as instructed.

• Trí Việt pays the shipping fee if the fault is from the manufacturer/carrier.
• The customer pays the fee if the exchange is requested for personal reasons (if accepted).

Step 4 – Replacement

After receiving the faulty product, Trí Việt will:

• Send a new product of the same type

Processing time: 3–7 working days.

Refund method

Depending on the agreement, Trí Việt refunds by:

• Bank transfer.
• Cash (for customers who come in person).
• Deduction from the next order (partners, agents).

Important notes

• Please keep your invoice or proof of purchase.
• Returned products must keep their original packaging (except when the lid was opened in transit).

IV. TRÍ VIỆT WARRANTY – INSPECTION – PAYMENT POLICY

1. Product warranty

For Trí Việt, every pack of tea is not only a product, but the crystallization of heaven, earth and the artisan’s dedication. That is why we always stand by our customers to ensure the original quality of every tea bud.

Conditions for free warranty:

• The product is still within the warranty period (counted from the date you receive the goods).
• You have the purchase invoice, warranty card and warranty stamp as required by Trí Việt.

Receiving process:

• Please contact Trí Việt directly via the website or hotline.
• We will receive your feedback, inspect the product, and repair/replace it if the fault is from the manufacturer.
  After handling, Trí Việt will notify you of the result via your registered contact channel.

Cases not covered by warranty:

• The product is past its warranty period.
• The information on the warranty card does not match or has been altered.
• The invoice, warranty card or warranty stamp is lost, erased or torn.

2. Inspection policy

Every product that reaches you is carefully sealed to keep its original value intact. Please check only the design and quantity ordered, and do not remove the packaging seal.
When receiving the goods, please film a video as a basis for comparison if there is a problem. If the fault is from Trí Việt, we will replace the product.

For unexpected situations (wrong address, a customer wanting to reschedule delivery, or force majeure such as natural disaster or traffic incidents), Trí Việt will always handle them flexibly to protect the customer’s interests.
