📌 Brewing time: 18 minutes

🔸Brew milk tea essence:
📌 Ratio: 1g tea / 20ml water
📌 Temperature: 95-100°C
📌 Brewing time: 22 minutes
📌 Filter the residue & keep warm: Keep the tea base hot to blend with the milk powder
🥤 Suggestions for making standard milk tea:
• Strong tea, light milk, light fat: 10g tea + 170ml tea base + 15g milk powder (Bodua, Frima) + 15ml condensed milk, stir well and refrigerate for 4 hours
• Strong tea, fragrant tea, low fat: 10g tea + 170ml tea base + 30g milk powder (Thai B-one, …) + 15ml condensed milk, stir well and refrigerate for 4 hours
📌 Tea base shelf life:
• At room temperature: 24 hours, check quality after 12 hours
• Store in refrigerator: 48 hours, check quality every day
